We cant make a difference in all of their lives,
But for some we make all the difference.
Our Mission Statement
Hope For Broken Angels specializes in the rescue and housing of abused, unwanted and abandoned companion dogs. Specializing in but not limited to Pit Bulls and other Pit Bull Type Breeds. We are an all breed sanctuary dedicated to the short term and long term care and rehabilitation of any homeless, abused or unwanted canines regardless of breed, age, illness, lack of socialization or temperament.
If after provided health care and rehabilitation, any dog is deemed unadoptable due to age or other factors, we will offer that animal permanent sanctuary and care at our facility for the rest of that animals natural life. All of the dogs here will be examined by a licensed vet, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and will receive any and all medical treatment before being placed in carefully screened homes. All dogs that are accepted into our program are evaluated for temperament as to help us place them in homes that are well suited to their needs as well as the needs of their future family members.
We will NOT euthanize unless there is nothing else that can be done to save the animal and only to end prolonged and inevitable suffering.
Our primary goal is to save as many lives as we can and through public awareness and education, teach people how to be responsible pet owners. We want to increase public awareness about the plight of all abused and abandoned companion dogs. We are also advocates for the Pit Bulls in the belief that through proper education, it will lead to responsible ownership and a great breed of dog will not cease to exist. We are dedicated to helping restore the positive reputation that this breed once had and through public education and encouraging community involvement, we hope to be a part of a movement that will continue to grow until ultimately it will one day eliminate the need for shelters.
